My friend Suzette sent me a text yesterday inviting me to some 80s night thing… 

… and I remembered a very important lesson.

ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS. Never assume. Especially when it comes to potentially humiliating theme nights, which apparently don’t always require costumes.
